Young people, urban campus, Midwest, winter or early spring, could be around noon; bell-bottom jeans on men and dark green camo attire indicate this picture may be old, early '70's? -Steven A. Bluhm

This looks like students walking between classes in winter on the campus of an American (attire, one person in army uniform, new brick buildings) university. Lots of jeans and black leather jackets. The people look cold. -Sue Darboven

A group of tired-looking parents and their children are taking a campus tour in the afternoon in winter. They are by the main library, walking west. I can see the orange hat of the tour guide. Sharon Irish

People dressed in coats leaving somewhere to go someplace else. Those walking close to one another may be friends. It's a school campus, safe environment in the daytime. -Sharon O'Brien

All hung over, on the way to class the next day, It's cold, they are all miserable. -Jim Dailey

It's a group of people and it seems like there's a good age spread, some young and old. It's cold and they're all crossing a street - all moving in the same direction. My first impulse was to say they're all walking across the street together but as I look I see that they are all individuals yet they are related in a common behavior. I like that feeling myself. Like when the signal changes and I step off the curb and everyobody else does too, it's something were doing together. -Kitty Robles
